No packets in store and unable to pay with Amex ca

Hd the displeasure of shopping at CNA gateway today
Instead of telling me before the transaction..I had 10magazines and other items, the cashier rings everything up, I ask for a packet..guess what NO PACKETS in the store
Asked for the manager, she advises packets have not arrived..suggested she get from other edcon stores I mall..blank stare...
Then the saga of trying to pay with Amex card... tills are unable to accept same..and this and been almost four months now... clearly they prefer account customers to cash customers...
