No lucky packets for kids

My kid ALWAYS gets a lucky packet at Panarottis.

So when we leave we are told by "Millicent" that the lucky packets are out of stock. Luckily the manager overhears this and she is sent to fetch a BAG FULL of lucky packets!

So what happened to "out of stock"???

In fact your service sucked the entire evening and I could see that the other patrons you were serving felt the same.

One last thing - I saw the expression on your face when you didn't receive your tip.

Guess what - it's called a gratuity - and you definitely DID NOT earn it!
