Cashier licking their fingers to open packets

3 weeks ago I complained about cashiers at the Galleria who lick their fingers to open packets and received a call from the store to say that it has been resolved. Today, I visited the Scottburgh store and the cashier did exactly the same ie. licked his fingers to open my packet. Does Clicks not have a hygiene standard that must be adhered to? And if this was raised as a complaint at one store and supposedly resolved, then should this not be rolled out to all stores? Do you have an ISO rating that you must adhere to?
