Western Digital wont replace my hdd

Today I went to Game to get my repaired western digital MyBook hdd. They told me it had physical damage & warranty is void. I asked for the report from Western Digital, there was no report. The person behind the counter had to beg a manager to come & speak to me. She said there was nothing she could do. They have completely not lived up to their after sales garauntee. And the tried to fleece me by not having the damage report. I never even opened the case! What rubbish!
