Adre screamin and shouting at me in shop

Hi,

I had the bad experience to get to Joshua Doore in Vereenigig when I asked a couple of questions to adre who works there.
She scream at me and say I am wasting the time for her and say I must go to back to speak to someone who can understand me.
My mother is long customer at Joshua Door, and she very cross with Adre that day.
She want to cancel account with them.
I never felt so bad in my life.
She has very bad attitude against the black people because she does not try to understand.

I will be complaining to her manager.
