Goodyear bad quality tyres

I bought 4 x brand new Goodyear AT/SA 265 - 65 RT17 tyres from Ronnie's Tyres (250 Ontdekkers Road, Roodepoort) Tel: 011 760 5892 / 011 760 6541. I drove less than a 50 km on a dirt road when the one tyre got damaged (huge cut). We went back to Ronnie's Tyres to show them what happened but were told that they will contact the supplier and get back to us (they refused to replace the tyre). It has been weeks and we have not heard back from them. For a offroad tyre this is a very bad quality tyre and I would not recommend it to anyone!
