Handed ove

To my surprise, I receive a call from an attorney telling me that I have been handed over by Woolworths due to non payment of my account.

Whist on the line with the lady, having my rights read, I go back as far as May, reciting the dates and amounts that I have paid.

I find this extremely offensive and will hesitate to give them anymore of my hard earned money, with customer service like tha!!!
