Hi there

I went into the Cresta store last week Sunday to look for white sneakers but could not find any so i settled for black, the lady that assisted me (not sure what her name is) was so sweet and helpful. The store did not have my size so without me even asking she checked other stores and found one in Rosebank and asked Tumi to keep it for me.

When i picked it up in rosebank Tumi was also very pleasent to deal with!

Good service is hard to come by
