Geen & Richards
Still no joy

Geen and Richards, Springfield Park has forgotten about my complaint yet again (Yarningdale). Reference no 164549. The new legs have been delivered to the flat, but not much else has been done. I am beginning to think that the apathy is from the top down of this company. Even customer service of this company no longer care to find out what is going on. A Mr Ram of the Springfield branch even over the phone saying that one of the sofas legs had been replaced, but nothing has in fact been done. What do I do?
