In all nature of fairness I will never appreciate a superior shouting at the subordinate in full view of customers. I needed a Doom and guess what I waited for more than 5minutes as I await a supervisor who never came I ended up leaving the shop without it. On the kiosk there were no cigarettes and I needed to purchase a pack. It is not acceptable to be given mediocre service because it's a satellite retail shop. I refuse to get such service period.
