Your Card Division is Poo

Makro, Your card division is letting you down. On Sunday, 08 September 2013, I approached the ladies at the card division to ask for a credit increase. They were friendly and promptly put me through to the card whatever via telephone.

The guy on the line spoke so fast, I had to ask him to repeat several times and then I had to divulge my particulars in public pertaining to my income and expenses only to be told that I cannot afford an increase of R2500.00!!

I earn in excess of R500k NETT per annum and R2500.00 over 12 months is ONLY R208 pm - can't afford it - my orifice!!

I will continue shopping at Makro - BUT PLEASE - instill Makro values in RCS or dump them for a company that want's business - AND I don't want to use this card anymore!!
