PAMPERS ACTIVE BABY NAPPY SIZES & QUANTITY CHANGED

I usually wait anxiously for the pampers active baby econo-pack to go on sale at game as it is a very good deal. This month, however, after purchasing my baby's usual size, which is 9- 20 kgs (4), i noticed after opening the pack that the size is still 4, however the weight has changed to 9-16kgs. I also noticed that three packs of nappies were included in the box instead of the usual four packs. The packaging of the nappies are not even in English, but rather in Russian or some other foreign language. I am not sure what to make of this, except that Game has been trying to pull the wool over consumers eyes and as a result, we are paying more than usual without being informed. Please can someone shed some light on the situation as I am one unhappy mom.
