I went in to buy furniture on the 7 Sept the sales person Sifiso was very helpful with my purchase when Kathy was capturing my goods the system went offline so I had to leave the store they then called me that same day and told me that they on line I went back only to fine out that they weren't on line then I was told but Kathy that I mustn't worry she will come to my work place for me to complete the documents, which she didn't 2 days later the manage from the store called saying that I need to come in to complete my paperwork before Friday or my purchase will be cancelled by the system I wasn't able to go in that day so I told them to cancel so the next weekend I went back Sifiso helped me again and Kathy captured the paperwork everything was completed that day an because I purchased goods up to R23 000 I was told by Sifiso that I will receive a gift when my goods are delivered (Gift set with an Iron, Kettle, Toaster and snack which maker) which I didn't get. Kathy called saying that I need to come in to re sign all docs as she had captured the wrong persons details I went in Sifiso told me to come weekend for my gift they gave a R70 iron the manage told me that they out of stock
