Advertising Canola oil at R 27. The price at the till registers R 39. Previously they advertised rice crispies for R 19 but the till amount registers R 27. It is embarrassing to get to till and an incorrect amount displays. It evolves calling a person to rectify the till amount and all the other customers staring at you. If William Nicol store wants to sell products at advertised prices they should make sure their system has allocated the reduced prices. The Canola incident happened last week and the Rice crispies incident happened a month ago. Obviously you have a management problem if the store keeps on making the same mistakes. The management at store should be able to control their staff and ensure that systems has been updated.
