BAD SERVICE FROM AN ASSISTANT MANAGER

We bought groceries and included the veg combo that was on special. We bought 2 combos. On arrival at home we realised that we only had one bag of potatoes. So Sunday we went back to the store to report the matter and collect the bag that was not taken. We went to the cashier Thandeka who was adamant that we had taken both bags. Totally disagreed with her and she said she will speak with the manager. We then went to have coffee on the other side of the store and Johan the manager came back and said that he had checked the footage and he saw us taking 2 bags.
We requested to see the footage and there was no such thing. Imagine the!!!
While watching the footage there was a conversation between the cashier and the customer. Johan who seemingly does not speak any ethnic language regards it "inhumane" and refused to help us further.
He switched off the computer and told us to come back the following day because the person who works with the cameras does not work on Sunday CUSTOMER SERVICE???
Really now is this the kind of service that one receives because of the colour of their skin and language one speaks. I am DISGUSTED BY SUCH BEHAVIOUR. So much drama for a bag of potatoes!!!
