Damaged Bicycle

I went to a bicycle for my 5 year old son at your game store in North Riding Bellaire Drive
Not even a day later the chain keep on falling off and I have to keep on fixing it then the steering wheel keep on tilting forward if you brake, that is a week later after all that the peddle keep on falling off by now my son had scratches all over his arm leg and ankle.
I reported this to the manager of the store and he had a bad attitude and keep on telling me he is not responsible for that and that I have to pay for the repairs of the bike witch was more than the value of the bike. I am a valued customer for years now and to receive this attitude this is not good for business.
