The last time I complained on here the problem was solved within a few minutes.

I bought a Blackberry 9300 last here, October- November, however I took the phone in 3 times already before March this year. The first time I took it in was a few days after I bought it as I had noticed the screen was dented and had a smudge in the middle. I was told that my phone must have fallen in the water therefor it had a smudge, however my phone did not fall in the water... I waited almost 3 weeks to get my phone back.. Less than 2 months after receiving it, I took it back again, because it kept switching off by itself and would not go on after a while.. I got the phone back and was told it was a software problem.. The third time I took it back, for the SAME problem, I was told that the Blackberry phones are faulty and have lots of problems... I was told that if I take it in for the 4th time that I would get a new phone.

Yesterday I went back to the Promenade branch and spoke to Bradely, he said my phone has to go in and then only will they see what the problem is and depending on the problem I might get a new phone..

I refuse to pay for a phone that keeps giving me problems. VERY IRATE CLIENT
