No Client Service Etiquette AT ALL!!!

I am a safety officer for a world renowned steel fabricator, however I ordered a pair of safety boots from Gazelle Safety about 3 weeks ago and they supplied the wrong size, we have contacted them to notify them and let them know of their mistake, and now they make it our problem, we have to send our driver out to honeydew where they promised to fetch it.

Anyways I sent a mail expressing my grief and got a reply from this Admire lady who is apparently a Operations Manager at the company and she is way more useless than her sales team, I would advise any and everybody to never deal with this company ever!!

to make it worse I still haven't heard from them in Weeks now and counting and their stock is just lying here.

Pathetic!!
