High end store with poor end customer service

I live an hour from the store and drove up to find a suit on Monday.
Found the most beautiful suit on 3 mannequins as you walk in to the store just to find out they have no stock.
This can be expected in any store and is understandable. But firstly why have 3 mannequins dressed in the same suit if no stock is available. After enquiring I asked if maybe I could try the suit from the mannequin at which point the salesman looks t me and says... you don't look like a medium. It won't fit.
So I ask about when stick will arrive. He doesn't know. I ask if he can take down my details and call when it does and he say no. I must call.
Wednesday arrives and I call. A very helpful lady answers. I explain the suit. Se takes down my details and says she will check or stock then call me back. Nothing.

Thursday arrives. I call again. Obviously no one wants to help cause they keep putting me through to someone else. Eventually a man helps me out then says stick should arrive today. I ask him to out my size aside an ill pick it up. He says no. I ask him to call when it arrives as I stay far and then says no again. He takes it down than says he probably won't call and I should try later! Terrible!
