Bad service and attitude

Since 10th Sep I dealt with these useless and I decided to purchase furniture worth R5000 and I wanted delivery on the 24th Sep, to which both Tshepo and his manager confirmed it will be done as I stated I was out of the country until then. I made the EFT payment in full and sent it to the useless persons email address several times. The whole of the 24th and 25th Sep I been calling them and getting all pathetic excuses.
The service is ridiculous to say the least. Tshepo does not return or answer my calls. I have to waste my time and money calling these useless. I dealt with Precious as well and she is even more dumb. I demand the head of Mr Price to reimburse me or discount my purchase. I got the useless delivery guy number and he tells me 30 mins he will be at my place (Dlomo) and its 2 hours later and I am contacting him and still nothing! I want to send this back and I want my money back in full!
