Bad service

Good day, I'm very sad and disappointed with the service i got at boardmans yesterday, i phoned the store at about 15:20 to inquire about prices for Russell Hobbs Blender and i was told it's available for R599.00 and i will get 25% discount by vuyisile. I went to the store at 17:00 to buy it and the cashier (Lebohang) told me that the Allure blender is all ready marked down i wont get the 25% discount then i explain the story of phoning and she said he is just a packer he doesn't know anything about prices, i also asked why 25% discount sign is placed next to the same item that i want she said "it was placed by a customer it's not suppose to be there". Then i decided to get a Russell Hobbs Smoothie Maker that was part of the special then i was asked to wait while they look for a box, i waited 30min after i paid for the item with my debit card i was told the smooothie is broken and it's a last item on their shelf i must choose something else. At that moment i was fuming and irritated with their service i took the Russell Hobbs Allure blender and when I looked at my receipt 25% discount was subtracted.
