Pathetic warranty service! Gobii E-reade

Unbelievable that you guys sell products that are so bad that you would only give a 6 month warranty/guarantee on them. I bought the Gobii e-reader in December and its not such a fantastic product, but thats besides the point.

Now that I'm experiencing problems with it, I'm told you guys only have a 6 month warranty period. What nonsense is that? It's ridiculous! I will not buy from [URL Removed] again for that simple reason. If your products are quality, you'd have at least a 1 year warranty on you goods.

Really not happy that I wasted my money with you guys, cause I thought you were a big company, which should make you a reputable company, but I guess the joke is on the customer as always.
