They rejecting to pay damages to my ca

Good day

On the 5th of August my car was bumped by one of the company Truck of Premier food. i went to the company to claim. The manager promised to pay the damages to my car, he requested that i make a quotation so they can pay. i did that and emailed him the quote. he responded by cc the people responsible in their company who works with claims. they said i should provide them with the accident report and second quotation urgently. i sacrificed the time of my emlpoyer to to gather all those documents. i kept sending emails for follow ups and they said the will get back to me. until two weeks back when ive sent an email of follow ups they said they have handed over this file to their attorneys who will get back to me shortly. today i received an email from their attorneys rejecting to pay damages by saying i should have avoided the accident by giving their driver a way which they r lying. to start with the driver was hired over night before he bumped my car, i understand he is new worker who is not used to drive trucks. even if i refused to give a way, it was right because i had a right of way. please help me Peter so this people pay the damages.
