Disregard for the custome

During Dec I purchased 2 packets of 2 kg P&P No Name Branch straight cut chips. When using 1 of the bags earlier this month I found the chips to be totally inedible and contacted the Call centre to lodge my complaint about the product. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly took all my details and gave me a ref nr 778202 and said someone would be in contact me shortly. Well a week passed and nothing, I then sent an email to the complaints email and yet another week has gone by and still PnP feel it is irrelevant to treat their customers with respect and contact them back when they have taken the time to inform them of their product " so much for their promise of total satisfaction.

I went shopping again yesterday and believe me the last product I will buy again from PnP is their own range... No thank you if this is how you view me as a customer I will rather support other suppliers.
