FALSE INFORMATION/BAD SERVICE DISAPPOINTING!!! :(

2 WEEKS AGO I WAS CALLED REGARDING MY BILL. I EXPLAINED TO THE CALL CENTER AGENT THAT MY HUSBAND WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL AND HE WAS RETRENCHED (REASON FOR SHORT PAYMENT). THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE HIS DOCUMENTS TO THE STORE AND THEY WOULD SETTLE THE ACCOUNT (PART OF COMPREHENSIVE COVER) A FEW DAYS LATER I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO CHECK IF THE MATTER HAD BEEN RESOLVED TO FIND OUT THAT THEY CALLED THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AND DID NOT GET BACK TO ME WITH REGARD TO THE ACCOUNT. THE 2 ACCOUNTS LADIES HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME! I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND THE FALSE INFORMATION THAT HAD BEEN GIVEN!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM RUSSELLS AGAIN!!!
