Manageress zubade misbehaves with promoters

Another promoter and I went to pick n pay store to do a promotion for laughing cow cheese. When it was time to leave I approached zubade and she walked passed us. I approached her again and asked her to sign our forms of which she refused and asked us to get our forms signed by the manager that signed us in. We followed her instructions and did so and left (26-01-12). On approaching her today (as she was with the manager that signed us out yesterday, she turned to us first, so I said "we would like to be signed out please", and she rudely said "I told you yesterday who to go to, to sign yourl out." I said yes (because we actually came there to ask the other manager no her). She then rudely added "so why are you coming and asking me then." I do not understand what is the point of being a manager when you cannot fufill your duties as one. She is really rude and I am utterly digusted with her behaviour so much so that I highly doubt I would ever go to that store and promote again. Its wrong to talk rudely and misbehave with people just because you in a superior position. I trust pick n pay will sort this out. Thank you
