I am a frequent user of this product as it is great value for money, found a small defect in one the bottles which was nothing serious but thought id let them know, I was amazed at the quick follow up and the amount of controls they had in place to ensure they find out how it happened, Driver was sent to me to collect the bottle and I was surprised with a gift for compensation (I didnt expect anything for something of this immaterial nature).
