Poor quality of item, no response re complaint

I recently ordered a personailzed bottle of sparkling wine for my parents that was delivered on the day they moved into their new home. I went to visit them over Christmas and was very disappointed in the quality of the product that was delivered by NetFlorist.
The bottle was obviously labeled before, this was pulled off, the glue marks were left on the bottle and a label that I could have printed on a laserjet printer at home was stuck in its place. This does not resemble the quality of the product that was advertised. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product and unfortunately that would make me think twice before ordering something through their service again.
