Initially, when i was moving home, the sales assistant promised to have my furniture delivered on the day i was moving, only to be given the run around on that day, saying the warehouse deals with deliveries not the store, countless phone calls where made in a 2 week period from myself, with no exageration, in fact, i also had to use my own vehicle to pick up part off the stock myself from the store, only to find out that have the stock supplied to us was damaged, from march this year, we've had - 15 chairs replaced for my dining room suite, lounge suite 3 times, and now the current one is still damaged and not usable, to top that all off, the sleigh bed that was purchased from them as well, is inexplicably starting to peel in the corner. the service i recieved from their customer service was pathetic, they dont call you back when they say they will, there's never a manager on duty, always out on leave, they refuse to give you a manager's number, yet they dont rectify the fault on their own, they are never helpful. worst customer i've ever had to incur.
