Price availability on shelves

I still not know why I buy my monthly groceries at Pick n' Pay, but this was the last month I bought my groceries there. I will rather buy my next months groceries at another supplier. For the last few months every time we would like to purchase products, there were various product that did not have prices on the shelves. This makes it very difficult to budget for. When I try to look for someone to help me, and I eventually found someone they are not very supportive or help full, with the pricing. I expect from such a large company to be more professional and be more help full, and rectify the problem. It seems to me that the management and the staff needs training in client services.
