Poor Customer Service

I always wonder if Clicks employs it's staff on merit or just hire them regardless of their knowledge and skills of handling Customers. Most of its employees have no idea of what customer service really is. I was badly serviced by Sophia Sathekge 2 years ago. She was so egoistic and gave me bad attitude. I let it slide thinking that she was still new and will get to behave professionally with experience and training offered by her employer. Last week wednesday 11th I was shocked when I got the same attitude from her boss Ureter, who shouts at customers and believes that a customer can rather wait for more than 5 minutes unserved while she's standing, socialists with other employees, just standing and talking personal and non work related issues with them. She shouted at me as if I am her maid when I requested to be served. I'm a loyal Clicks client & feel that if this 2 r not brought to book, the dealer will lose it's clientele as it clearly shows that they care less of customersn & biznez interests. Personally I demand an apology from Ureter herself. It's long She's been treating clients badly& the buck stops with me. It's about time this two women learns what customer service is.
