I bought a few items from House and Home via their online offering on 29 May. The goods were delivered to me 2 weeks later, but they were missing a heater, which was brought a month later. I contacted Noni Bongwe, who was handling my account, and she was very non-responsive. I called several times, and sent mails, and after a long time, the heater was delivered to me. I then notified her that it was not working and that I would like an exchange. She said that she would arrange it with the Kempton park branch, but never got back to me. I even offered to go to that branch and exchange the heater myself, but still no response. I sent numerous mails after that, with no response. The last mail I sent was on 30 July 2013. I needed this heater for the winter season, but I have been paying for a defective product. Please assist in taking it back and crediting my account with the cost thereof, as well as the related delivery charge on the heater. I have tried to contact Noni but she does not respond. I have been through enough now.
