The beds at The Bed Shop are almost as pathetic as the staff. If you want to buy stock that has a so-called 'warranty', don't be fooled, because once the bed starts sagging (after less than 2 years) the staff at The Bed Shop will make it impossible for you to claim on your warranty by not pitching up for appointments to check the bed, and not calling back to make new appointments. Jantjies, the new manager, will be sure to promise you many things, such as "I know what I'm doing." and "The owner will call you in 20 minutes." "I'll get back to you shortly to make a new appointment to check your bed." These are all empty promises.
Dear Bed Shop. Should you not call me by 10am tomorrow morning, I will post your pathetic service all over the internet and make sure that no one I know ever buys from you again.
