Your lack of professionalism is shocking

Abe Sealogo before you have a driver pop over to my house to deliver a poorly written, insulting letter stating the obvious kindly ensure that you get the basic facts correct as you are embarrassing yourself and the brand you represent.

The facts are that a 2litre plastic coke bottle exploded in my car. I told you from day naught that I did not have the bottle, I furthermore was never asked for the receipt for costs of cleaning my car. So before you insult your customers pick up the phone and talk to them as I was actually trying to assist you and you in turn have insulted me and insinuated certain points. A little piece of advise from me to you;

1.) learn to spell;
2.) check your grammar in your letter, its atrocious;
3.) don't insinuate your customers are lying;
4.) seek facts vs. speculation;
5.) basic business skills are imperative;

Thanks for the insulting letter, I will be making an effort to ensure this letter lands on the desk of Mackay & Adami.
