Bought a bed and after a week still no delivery. Lodged a complaint with the call center and phoned them twice. The woman promised a response in minutes. Never heard from her again. Went back to the shop and demanded some answers. The salesman phoned his head office and could not get any of his own people to talk to him! Imagine what a struggle it is for a client!!! He then showed me an e-mail that stated I should wait another week for the delivery. Phone today... Sleep tonight... My!!!
