18/08/2013 Upon selecting a bed to purchase I was told there is no stock and they will only get stock in two weeks' time.
02/09/2013 On the day I expected my delivery to come through, I had to call in to find out what was going on with my delivery. Upon calling in I must have spoken to about 7 different people, Willem being the only person who assisted me. In assisting me I still had to wait for the next day before I got what I had purchased two weeks prior. Not to mention having had to make other sleeping arrangements, because I had no bed.
03/09/2013 Upon receiving my bed and couch I had found that there is a hole in my base. I wrote on the delivery slip that I would like to be contacted with a solution before I call Decofurn, this did not happen. 04/09/2013 Detailed complaint and picture of the hole was sent to Willem at Decofurn. He cc'd Gordon upon reply.
10/09/2013 Follow-up mail sent to Decofurn. I found out that Willem left and no one followed-up. Gordon Replied. Still no replacement base.
17/09/2013 Another follow-up mail has been sent to Gordon and no reply yet.
I have also requested a credit for this horrendous service.
It has been a month.
Please sort this out.
