Sweared at by employee

I was shopping at the store and enquired about fresh roles, wich they did not have, an employee that packs shelves came to me and started shouting at me and said curse words to me, even if this had nothing to do with him and not his department, I was promised by the manager, Carlo, that the employee will be delt with and feedback will be given, still no feedback, I made numerouse calls and visits to the store for feedback and all they say is they will contact me, but still nothing!!!
