So it seems that this people seriously does not get what i am complaining about because just like the staff in the store the lady who called me to apologise was more focused on the negative balance, and i dont know how to be more clear, ontop of it i was promised someone from Management would call me and I'm still waiting. Your feedback does not even make sense because what you are saying and what happened is two totally different things so i just wonder, what training do you actually go on because it seems like everyone is clueless... ok let me try again, forget the negative balance, i had points to the value of 100.00 which i had to spend before the sunday so i take two t-shirts that was going for 69.99 each but if you take two you get each for 49.99 so i take the two, get to the till cashier does not say anything and puts through the one with my points, after i realised this because she only put the one t-shirt in the packet i explained to her that for two i could use all my points and i was told she did not know they are on special, so forget all the other bad service i received could you maybe just focus on that and give me feedback who should be held accountable here. ME?
