Wanting to spend my points i took the special offer of two t-shirts for R49.99, normal price is R69.95. i also took a top for my nephew which was on the 20% rail. at the tellers downstairs the guy tells me because i am over my credit limit i cannot use my points, eventually he puts my tshirts through for the normal price and says to me i must pay the R140 the more i am telling him you are supposed to use my points and the t-shirts are R49.99 if you take two, he says to me, well i dont know whats going on upstairs, i was so furious i just left it and went to the tellers upstairs, he was more concerned to broadcast that my account is in a negative. It seriously is not my focken problem that they allowed the account to go into a negative. I come upstairs i explain that i want to purchase these two tops and the proaction top, they have me walk them downstairs to show them its on the 20% rail, and ontop of all of that she puts through the two t-shirts that shouldve cost 49.99 each, at 69.99 and tells me, your points is already used there is nothing i can do you can only take one tshirt because she didnt know its a special offer, am i seriously responsible to educate your staff. PATHETIC
