Out of Stock of a table

I planned on buying a Milan 6 seater glass top table for my mother, Last week i lodged an enquiry on the site to cofirm that the stores had stock. I recieved a call from a very unhelpful call centre agent informing me that there was no stock in any of the stores thoroughout the entire of durban. If i did infact want to purchase the table i would have to go into the store pay a 50% deposit and the table will be available in 14 working days time. This is not the level of service you would expect from a retailer the size of Mr Price.
