Excellent service

Six month ago I purchased a pair of HiTec aqua shoes from Tekkie Town in Pretoria. Preparing for our upcoming holiday, I noticed that there was a tear starting to develop in on of the shoes. I was unable to locate the similar shoes at the Tekkie Town outlets in my area andI forwarded an e-mail to Tekkie Town Customer Care.

Within 2 days from sending the e-mail, I had a new pair of the same aqua shoes in my hands... all due to the extreme efficient assistance and extra effort put in by Sheral Kruger who checked that the shoes were still under guarantee, sourced an outlet that still had the same shoe and size available within reasonable distance from me and also arranged with the manager of the shop to keep the very scarce pair aside for me to collect.

Very well done... this type of service is very seldom seen from a Gauteng based company!
