Tekkie Town know how to chase away their customers

Went to Tekkie Town Festival Mall today (1 Sep 2013). Tekkie Town did not have my size in one of their Cat shoes, so I asked them to order me the right size so I can pick up in the week. The manager said I will have to pay for transport charges! I told him (OT) that I will not buy the two pairs of shoes valued at R1600 and I will never go into another Tekkie Town because of their bad policies. So, because of your bad procurement process, the customer must pay because you could not accommodate the customer in the first place? Sorry! You won't see me again! A few weeks ago, my wife was in your store and also you did not have the right size, however, you ordered and she picked up the shoes with no transport charge, so why now? She had a different manager though.
I would like to say thank you to the girl who assisted me, she was great! It's a pity she has to work for a company who chase away their customers.
