Yesterday they were offline, standing in the Queue waiting to be assisted, 1 they had no calculators, 2 some of the cashiers had no idea what to do. they proceeded by writing the purchases and MANUALLY adding it REALLY?? i used my phone to assist cashier. i then asked the supervisor if they do not have tax invoice book to record the purchases as this is exposing them to as i have no proof of my purchase- she just brushed it off and walked off.
