Incomplete order received

I pre-ordered a game that was supposed to ship with the pre-order incentive (a DLC promotional code).

The game then shipped without it and now Kalahari claims there was no DLC and it us unfortunately it's my word vs theirs.

Toughies for me, nothing to be done. So sorry so sad.

This really is unacceptable behaviour.
