Poor service

Last week sunday 8 september i purchased a pair of jeans at the cavendish store. I asked for alterations to be done on the length which they told me would take 2 days. I also asked if they could have the jeans sent to the waterfront sore for me to collect as that is usually where i shop. The assistant told me that this would not be a problem. Clearly it is!!! 7 days later and i still do not have my jeans. I am not even sure where they are!! Do i track them down at cavendish still or the waterfront!! I think 7 days is long enough!!!
