I would just like to state in advance, this complaint is not entirely necessary on Hellopeter, but I am at my wits' end!! In June, my boyfriend and I saw a coffee table we loved at the Northgate Branch (Urban Glass Coffee Table). Upon returning to the store the following day, we saw that the table had been sold (Or removed from the floor). The branch had no stock left. The following week, we called every store that stocks furniture to find one - To no avail... Each time I ask if there will be more stock, I am told "yes, stock will be arriving in the next week or 2" Its now August, I am still waiting to see if this table will reappear.
Upon calling earlier today, I was told by one store - The table had been marked down to R300 (Which seems a little ridiculous) The other store said it had been discontinued, and the third said they receive stock daily but don't know what they will be receiving.
The reason for my complaint is there are no contact details/email add's for head office so I can't get hold of anyone that MIGHT actually be able to help me. Please send me the relevant contact details.
