Despicable service

On the 14th of September myself and 3 family members went to Adidas in liberty promenade mall to buy a member of our church's youth group a pair of soccer boots. We know the mall closes at 5 so we arrived there at 4:50pm and the doors were closed. A girl stepped out and when I asked if they had closed she said yes and I then stated it was still 7 minutes to go before 5 o clock and she looked at me with disgust saying that my watch says its 5 o clock so that's all that matters and she walked off. I was not the only person outside ad they never bothered to open the doors. I then came back the next day to see the manager and when I approached him he said the manager Ferdi was not in, I asked if he was the manager on duty and I got a blank stare. I asked what his name was and he looked at me saying its moegamat, very arrogantly and he tops it off saying do you want the contact number as well, and he then laughs at me. That to me was disrespectful and unwarranted. I have always been a fan and supporter of the adiddas brand and this has changed my complete outlook. Out of principle I will never buy there again and everyone I know will be told the same. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!
