Pathetic service

On the 14th of sep 2013 at 18.45 l went to clicks to buy vermox for my kids, the pharmacist advice that it should be used from kids 2 years and above so l ended up buying only for my older son., when l got the script it says it can be taken from 1 year and above.its supposed to be 10ml and it didn't fill up the 5 ml spoon.

So the following day around 10.30am l went back to clicks and told Sharon that the med is not 10 ml she asked what lwanted her to do cause she didn't save me the day before, l told her that it's not about the person that saved me but it could be that the manufactures made a mistake she said its IMPOSSIBLE which means l was lying and she told me that she has to save other customers l asked her to give me action plan then she left me and saved other clients. I waited for her to finish with other clients since l was not a client according to her. She was extremely rude to me and l want action taken against her and she must be couched on customer service. I stay 5 mins from bwc but l would rather go to sandton or cresta to get better service she belittled me l need feedback on this and action against her.
