Been an account holder for about 20 years only. Never skipped a payment. Paid monthly installment on 2/09 as normal (have sms from bank on my phone). About a week later the SMS and calls start, payment not made, overdue, etc. spoke to numerous call centre agents and "managers", none of whom are able or willing to assist. We are able to give them the exact amount paid, the date and the store but they are unable or unwilling to assist with this information. They insist we come in to the store where payment was made to show SMS. We went in. They then insist on the bank statement. We obtained and sen through on Friday. Yet the SMS's and calls from their collections persist. Even on a Sunday morning? This after they indicate that several such payments from various customers are experiencing the same issues. What more must we do?

We will not shop at Edgar's any longer. We are going to shut down the account and move on.
