My payment due was R626.00on the 31st of July, due to bank issues with FNB, the money went through on a later date, due to security issues. I made a payment of R750.
When I make a payment, I takes 2 days to reflect in my account.
In 2 days, I received over 5 sms's & 5 calls from rude staff saying I need to pay, after explaining I have made it & that there might be an issue with the banks side, I was very rudely and snottily asked " Oh, really?? When was this "payment" (as she emphasized the word STRONGLY) made then?? " I snapped and put done the phone.
I was then phoned again the next day and snapped after being harassed for something I have done. I kept on checking my account to show the payment and it never did. After sorting things out with my bank, payment was made over on the 1st August. I then made another payment to stay in the clear & not be harassed for a 2nd time by horrible call centre staff. Amount was R1300 on 8th of August. So for an amount requested of R626, 00 I paid over a total of R2050 in a week's time..It's showed R1256 owed by 19th BEFORE I made the second payment. After paying R2050 it' STILL shows that I need to pay that amount of R1256!!! NO WAY IN!! I paid! Now FIX!
